Building resilience before, during and after crises

Interactive training exposes leaders to the complex realities of crisis management in a safe learning environment. Programs are based on modular design to reflect participant needs. Content may range from setting up a strategic crisis management function to working through specific crisis scenarios to communicating effectively under stress.  And much more!

Participants work in small groups to build their crisis leadership skills and enhance their ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively under the conditions of uncertainly. In-person or virtual sessions put them in an inclusive conversational space with a mix of theory, interactive exercises and opportunities to practice what they’ve learned.

Our goal is to enhance your confidence in responding to actual adverse events. Crisis planning and training models we create together minimize the temptation to simplify messy problems, accommodate extreme uncertainty, put stakeholders first and foster trust, empathy, learning and growth in an unpredictable world.

Modules are often delivered in two-hour sessions focusing on what matters the most to a specific group of trainees in the context of their organization and its challenges. Training programs can be designed for leadership teams, boards of directors, crisis management teams, communications teams and cross-functional teams involved in managing crises. There is no “one size fits all.” Our programs are built on a nuanced understanding of your unique context.
